I never played any manager games before but gave it a try and I really have a lot of fun with it, there are also always some things to do but not that much that it's overwhelming. Well, it can be overwhelming the 1st time playing it but it's quite easy to get into it and how everything works but at the same time still a challenge to get a bad team good.

Search on YouTube there are a lot of good players with advices

#

Even though at the beginning i think is pretty straightforward just training in the time trial and againts the ai

#

Find good setups for every track and test them to see if you like how the car feel if you dont like it just try another setup ohh and dont use setups from time trial

#

I am also just at the beginning

If you want to improve, set the ai to something higher than your pace, not by much but so you make yourself faster by that already
