Also since no one else seemed to have answered this, in the OSD customization menu, this is a feature and not a bug. If you click down on your right joystick (or look in the bottom left corner of your screen for the button if on wheel/kbm) you can change your OSD between different game modes.

Then in FP3 Magnussen spun into Lando, getting a 3 place grid penalty.

There should be an option to change between the 'normal' hud, and the 'pit' hud. Just look at the keybinds at the bottom of the screen in the OSD screen and you should find it
