It could be possible that they've pitted already and the teammate not.

Due to the fact all drivers are still at the team they started it must be season 1.

And it literally is in the middle of a 25% race, exactly the pit window.

And in 1st season F2 teammates are always at the back.

This means Verschoor hasn't pitted already.

Also it's not multiplayer, so who cares about corner cutting?

The sense of single player is that you can do what yourself want to do.

You can literally destroy other cars on purpose and no one have to care about that.

Also one clip is not enough to judge someone.

Australia results, chaos. The race started okay with a few overtakes, but then came lap 7, Gasly spun, taking out 5 drivers and somehow surviving, this caused a sc obviously. With the safety car, everyone who went from soft to hards (Stroll, Bottas, Mick, Gasly and Liam) got incredibly lucky as they went in the pits during sc, but everyone who went medium to hards didn't go in except Checo, I have no idea why I didn't go, guess I'm just dumb. Norris and I were breezing through the field after exiting the pits and we got up into P3 and P4, but Stroll was too far ahead, then on lap 28/29 Alpine's reliability kicked in and killed his race. I was fast, cuz insane straight line speed with the setup I used.

I have a problem with Qualifying pace on F1 22, It's really frustrating because I use 100-101 AI in qualifying and i'm playing driver career with the Redbull (currently season 5, so car is maxed out). In qualifying I usually qualify P12-P6, but in the race I have to raise the AI level to like 103-105 and still stomp on the AI and win the race from like P10 easily. For example this season in France I started from P20 due to penalties (105 AI level btw) and I finished P1 with about 25 Seconds to P2 which is insane. Somehow my racepace is way better than the AI but my qualifying pace is trash compared to the AI which is infuriating because I want to be consistent and it's not ideal qualifying P11 in the fastest car on the grid. I'm usually about 3-4 tenths off my teammate on average and only once beat my teammate in qualifying. It's so annoying having to drop the AI level to like 100 from 103-105 in qualifying so I can actually have a chance at like top 5, and EVEN THEN I really rarely make it into the top 3-5 or sometimes even top 8. Then after quali put the AI back to like 103. Sometimes I even forget doing that and then I absolutely demolish the opposition cuz the AI is at 100. My most recent race in monza few hours ago I qualified P9 with 101 AI and finished P1 in a 25% race. I always do 50% races but I want to end this season as fast as possible so I can quit F1 22 and go back to F1 2020 which I have no issues with qualifying in that game. I want to know if there is any kind of other fix to the AI in qualifying. It's incredibly frustrating.
