does anyone else find f1 22 so hard, i play on controller and i find the traction to be so inconsistent it can be almost impossible to predict sometimes. ive been playing f1 games since 2016 so i think have enough experience in this franchise but theres just something about f1 22 that makes it almost impossible to enjoy

Traction is different and more difficult to handle compared to previous games. I used to be pretty good on F1 2021, 2020 but i just gave up on F1 22 within two weeks. The acceleration and traction is very hard and makes the game not so enjoyable like you said.

Modding scene is still growing, but at the moment the modding scene is booming in terms of modifying how the game plays and stuff vs adding content and etc.

Only the supplier upgrades most likely change, the other engine upgrades stay.

Theoretically it's of course possible that the new supplier has the exactly same amount of upgrades, but if not, then they change.

I find that stupid, like if your gonna choose a engine do a load of rnd and then switch to a completely different engine than why would your upgrades stay. Players should be punished in performance for taking a faster engine by losing at least some upgrades, and make it more worth it to stick with a engine/spend the big bucks at the beginning of a career

I anyway always stay with the engine supplier for a whole career because I put that in a kind of storyline as a customer team of that supplier.

With additionally only signing drivers of their academy.

Like in F1 2021 I was a Ferrari customer team and signed for 1st season Ilott and Shwartzman, 2nd season Mick and 3rd season Leclerc.
