It comes with patience.

If the feedback shows as bad, you're probably on the wrong side of the optimal range.

I just put everything as close to the middle of the optimal range as I can, send my drivers out on the hards or mediums for about 10-15 laps, bring them back in if they say it's not good and adjust accordingly.

sometimes its good to do longer than 15 laps cause sometimes you might use too many sets to get 100% track acclimatisation

and the longer stints you do the faster it goes up

It took Valtteri about 90 laps of Jeddah to get to 100% track acclimatisation.
