I've just finished the 1st season Monaco GP.

And it was a tough race.

It all began with Lundgaard and Latifi coming together, ripping off Lundgaard's front wing.

Then there was an issue with the front right tire at Vettel's 1st and only pit stop.

Then Tsunoda and me came together, damaging Tsunoda's front wing.

Then there was an issue with the rear left tire at Lundgaard's 3rd pit stop.

Then Ocon locked up and came together with Bottas, damaging his front wing.

Then Schumacher and me came together, damaging Schumacher's front wing.

Then Norris and me came together, ripping off Norris' front wing.

Then Lundgaard and Latifi came together for a 2nd time, damaging Lundgaard's front wing for a 2nd time and then there was an issue with the front wing at Lundgaard's 4th and last pit stop.

I went on F1 2021 to drive the old cars and they felt amazing compared to the 2022 cars

For the 1st half of the race it even looked good.

I somehow managed to qualify 8th.

Then after the start I was in 9th for a very long time.

As then Bottas managed to get past me with a very ballsy move on this curved straight up to turn 3 I was in 10th.

And I had quite a lot of damage on my car, the floor was orange, the diffuser was orange.

Sidepods were damaged as well.

The curbs are very brutal.

Then after the pit stops I felt back to 14th.

i'm okay at miami, im probably realistically still 80 AI on that, though i did complete the miami weekly event on 90 AI, but you're always put in a perfect rocket ship for the weekly events

i did have a career as williams an whilst the car felt similar not quite the same as the weekly event one

That's because the cars are "static" in Grand Prix mode, they never change, whilst in career mode you develop the car, if it would be perfect from the beginning if would be after just 2 or 3 upgrades undrivable already because it would be so fast that a human can't handle it. Not even talking about the maxed car then.

So they have to nerf them at the beginning.

Career mode must be made for the long term and not for 1st season only.

I've raced 7 times, won all 7 times

6 times in F1 2020 in difficulties ranging from 75 (from my early days when I began playing F1) to 95

And I ended my F1 22 10 hour trial with a win in Mexico with 85 difficulty

I still could not learn how to drive the 2022 cars and struggled at basically every race

But still managed to win in Mexico

I just came home and downloaded it

As long as crossplay isn't out the only difference is that you can play on Steam only with players who have the game on Steam and on Origin you can only play with players who have it on Origin. Despite that I don't think there are differences.
