Is anyone well versed in vjoy / joystick gremlin? I have a problem where I don't have the cable to connect my T-LCM pedals to my wheelbase, so since it's a separate HID device, F1 22 won't recognize it with the wheelbase. I can make it work via hiding the pedal via hidhider and combining the wheelbase and pedals as a Vjoy virtual controller. My only problem is that my brake pedal only starts registering very late in the travel, like almost if not 50% of the way in. The pedal calibration shows that the whole travel of the pedal is being registered in both the JSG calibration tool, and in the windows calibration tool when you look at the virtual controller. What do?

I mean to compared the G29/T248 its more like a simple toy, theres no feedback and you wont get the basic sense you get when driving the car
It doesn’t have any kinda of force feedback so it’ll be like driving a dead car thats rolling. The only tension you get is from a bungee cord and it tightens the further you spin the wheel which isnt far giving you 270 degrees of total rotation iirc
The wheels I mentioned will amount to 900 degrees total
The G29 does have a slight grinding noise them as its force feedback is made up of gears and you will hear a whirring sound with the T248. It is a hybrid between gear and pulley system but theyre both fairly quiet and won’t be too noticeable. And certainly wont be at all if you are playing games, assuming you use sound lol
Ive heard from people that the paddles are a bit niche though with the T248 sounding quite loud when you click them but then again, for an entry level wheel at €140ish euros, you are getting quite a bit to start off with
both these wheels brand new can reach €200-€250 but I’ve never failed to find good deals for second hand wheels. They also did deliver. Dont worry about it collapsing if its used though as the G29 and T248 FFB systems are quite robust and should last you a good 2-3 years given it’s treated properly
TL;DR T80 is more like a childs toy (not tryna offend anyone) and finding used wheels for a decent price should be easy, especially for the G29
