Honestly Rossi is just the main character and we are all NPCs. Obviously he has had an absolutely incredible MotoGP Career, but the “side tasks” he has done: He hops in an F1 car, gets 1/2 a second down on Michael Schumacher for christ sakes, then says meh, not for me. Then he tried rallying, was successful, says meh, not my thing. Then he tries nascar, meh, too boring. Then drives in a 12 hour endurance race, helps to place his team 3rd overall and 1st in his class, then says ok this is kind of cool, and decides that after 20 years and 7 championships in MotoGP, he goes to the GT World Challenge because cars are safer and he’s now 43.

2015 was just a great Le Mans with a record breaking crowd. In LMP1, the non full-time Porsche Team with Nico Hulkenburg took the overall victory, and we got to see Nissian embarrass themselves with their useless front engined car. GTE Pro was also a great underdog story, when despite Corvette Racing having to race with one car due to the 63 crashing in practice, the 64 is able to win them the race by a few laps.
