this is Formula Drift its based of as not who is the fastest for the time its judged based about ,speed ,line and angle. but the twist is they have to get their rear tires slide which is called as drifting and while qualifying you have to go around the track and drift it will be scored by points when its time for the race there are 2 drifters going at the same time there is the leader and the chaser the leader just try to replicate its movements from the qualifying or get a perfect run while the chaser have to get close to the leader without making contact the voting will be deciding by the judges
