Even if it doesn't rain another drop, the track has taken on so much moisture I don't think you can actually prep and pack it down enough to get it in raceable shape for these cars without some serious sunlight.

This moisture threshold is what we sometimes call the "point of no return" at traditional dirt tracks because once the track is oversaturated it can take a day (or sometimes more) of good prep work to get it back into decent shape.
