  1. Evergreen (permanent) charters for all teams who hold them
  2. Teams now get 1/3 (formally 0) of revenue from use of their IPs
  3. Teams will get increased share of revenue from NASCAR operations and media rights
  4. Teams now get to negotiate with NASCAR on the charter revenue every so often
  5. The “5 strike rule” has been implemented (an expanded version of the old 3 strike rule) n which the team ownership committee (a committee made up of members from all chartered teams) get to remove up to 5 non safety related rules.

IMSA and Indycar are both series with international pedigree driving talent (both in terms of having a range of nationalities and in terms of the driver quality being on par with WEC at least), both are professional (at least in the GTP class in IMSA which is what would be included), run calendars comparable in length to the most similar European series, and run machinery which is either not far from or literally the same as the more international series

IMSA is somewhat confusing to include admittedly in that there's quite a few different championships within each class, but its still fairly obvious which one is the most prestigious

#

IMSA also has 12h of Sebring which is not far off the prestige of Daytona and comfortably the 3rd most significant prototype endurance race
