The kicker was Chastain screwed up his pit stops twice, one by overrunning the exit end of stage 1, then a second time during stage 3 where he sped, had neither happened he wouldn’t have tried the desperation lunge on Hamlin

If it was something like rain or an untimely caution, THEN you could call it luck. But again, driver mistakes are something you absolutely have control over. Chastain didn’t progress because he didn’t do a clean enough job, and that’s in no way luck on Logano’s side because he didn’t make mistakes

I guess you've seen the news. Sadly, Porsche won't be continuing in WEC next year. It's tough to accept, especially after everything we've built and achieved. But that's life. Getting to join this program was a dream come true - racing in Hypercar for Porsche and Penske, two iconic brands. Even though it's ending, the memories and success will stay forever. I'm grateful for the experience. As for what's next? To be confirmed. For now, let's go out with a bang in Bahrain!

IMSA is a lot cheaper because every race is in the US
