which is basically the main grandstand right at the start/finish straight and most stuff around the motodrome (last few corners)
if you look at e.g. last year's broadcast, all the northern grandstands are completely empty
same with the Mercedes grandstand
I guess if you know you're not gonna be sold out it's just logistically easier to have most fans concentrated in a smaller area, so you need fewer toilets, food stands etc
