Getting cars from Super GT? Impossible. Covid restrictions in Japan, Super GT is focusing on keeping itself on the rails first and foremost. No chance of Japanese cars making it over to Europe.
And that Supercars thing? How in the hell do you think youd be able to get manufacturers interested in that (remember the Mercedes Supercar was just a team thing, not manufacturer backed), design the cars, build the cars. You cant take Supercars from Australia either. Holden was already killed at that stage, and GM had left Europe. Its an impossible thing to do in a few months + its covid.

So. What can you do as DTM... not much can you. Cant run with only BMW. Cant cook up some ruleset real quick. Cant get any cars from anywhere else. The best option left is well... what they chose.
