The Red Bull is built to be theoretically the quickest car, and while not always does so, but in this case reduces drivability of the car and the operating window, meaning it has a very limited operating window and is very Oversteery.

This just so happens to suit Max's driving style and so he can harbour it easily, but Yuki has had to use very reserved and conservative setups to keep the car out of the walls and to have more confidence in the car. It's a difficult car to drive in general.
