In my honest opinion, o think that tyre trick is going to hurt them even if it does carry over, with x and z mode the driver can just crank the downforce or lower it and just control the tyre temps that way, no need for fancy tricks, all thats gonna do for them is cause they to be unable to use the high downforce mode without overheating the tyres
