You see to me i have in mind the Tuscan Grand Prix 2020 where Bottas did a dangerous safety car restart that caused a literal pile up 3 cars to crash behind from his braking and he got no penalty despite the danger "because the leader decides the pace" (FIA statement), reaffirmed idea in 2021 and also Russell literally 2 races ago, and here Piastri just barely at the same time as the light braked causing no contact just somebody spun in rain and got 10 sec. Like if Max wasn't caught off guard it wouldn't have looked so bad, and no concertina was caused. The one difference is poor visibility which ok probably deserved but thats why my intuitive reaction is still that it should be 5s, but rules is rules so alr 10 sec. Thing with rules is rules tho is couple races ago somebody deliberately made by contact into another out of anger and there was no consequence to him
