Seasons like 2023 and eras where there was no passing made me not be into F1. Even a glut of Pole winners being race winners bores me. I want racing. I have stayed up til odd hours only to watch the pole sitter win by 24 seconds and the only real action is for 6th place. No thanks. Should have slept. Even though I like McLaren and their drivers, if they dominate, I'm going to watch a lot less.

I had a twinge of that when Norris and Piastri built up that 16 second lead on Max. Thankfully they both went off and it got REALLY interesting...
