For some sports it's easier, but F1 and F2 are quite brutal in that regard (especially F1 with the G-forces that impact you).

I think that Red Bull made a terrible mistake by not pitting Checo early on when Russel was chasing him, Max lost a lot of time because Checo kept Russel in the DRS range and Max couldn’t overtake him because of it. • Zhou got engine problems during the race which caused him to drop out
• Most teams were on a two-stop strategy, but Russell suggested a one-stop and that (partially due to the lighter load) worked out for him
• Norris failed to overtake Verstappen despite being within 1 second of him for15-20 laps or so.
• Verstappen and Norris in the last 3 laps didn't manage to overtake Leclerc, who had 'run out of fumes' (figuratively)
• Last couple laps Hamilton tried to overtake Russell but couldn't. In the meanwhile Piastri would've competed if he hadn't wasted 2 secondsd due to somewhat binning his last pitstop by braking way too late

Welp - just woke up after staying up to watch a race. Man, what a result. I've been a massive George fan since he joined Williams and it feels so great to see him getting wins so consistently now. The fact that he was able to take his car a limit above the rest of the drivers shows what a generational talent he is.
