My proposals for F1:

1. Limit the races to 16 per year. Less driver fatigue and less time for drivers away from home. A good work life balance means great drivers stay for longer. Vettel left because he wanted to be with his family more and F1 robbed him of that.

2. Only the Top 3, 5, or 8 teams get prize money relative to WDC and Constructor rankings. This ensures teams actually try to win these, so we don't end up with the Washed CHECO situation or Riccardo for that fact.

3. Remove the spending cap on R&D. It will promote competition again and ensure that teams are more equal. I don't mind if huge multinationals come in and buy teams as long as it promotes good car development.
