ive never attended an f1 race but ive gone to a ton of indycar, nascar and imsa races so take of that what u will. heres what id do tho
outside of obvs watching the racing, walk around and see the stuff thats around the track like demos, food, maybe check out the city if you wanna, etc. theres usually some small racing sim demo at a racetrack when some motorsports series comes around with cool setups n stuff so if its there try def try it!
if u have paddock access definetely go there too, maybe meet drivers, offical, team personnel, etc. unfortunately it isnt free like other motorsport but if its within a decent upgrade price range (if there is some sort of upgrade thing) if u didnt get it yet i would defintely get it
take your time! not everything needs to be done in an hour, theres lots of stuff thatll come and go as the weekend goes on so dont rush anything
