So the game it was definitely old , like before around 2015-2018, the game you could download it from a website i think , and the game start, you have 5 options to choose, to actually start playing the game (but not racing yet) , the first 2-3 options, were with formula 1, the last option was with Rally, and I don't remember the fourth option was for. When you chose the first 2-3 options, you are starting with a character (the driver of formula 1) , and wander around the place, like talk with NPCs, buy parts (or something else, I don't remember exactly) like tyres, suspension , or maybe something else, and there was the garage to customize your formula 1 , and have the option to set the race (maps, bots, cars, difficulty, etc) and race. I don't remember if the rally section was the same as well. @orchid kite
