Pc froze after updating to v6.3

I enter into the single player, try to create new world and after pressing Create new world, my whole pc freezers, there is no crash report and while having logs open during creation it freezes while loading Enigmatic config

I would, but its saying error when I try to upload it both here and in dms, just tried with a friend, when I opened it, half the file is missing and I get 00/00.. in red text, I am on ubuntu based linux if that helps

I have redownloaded the pack and removed spark as suggested and tooltip ovehaul and it seems to be working, sadly I did like how it looked with tooltip overhaul
