Poorly made and awfully optimized mods
you can't balance or configure them and they don't generate config files
Many of them are half finished or have a lot of features not fully implimented
A lot of them have minimal if any documentation on how the mod actually works

there are plugins that can allow for configuration files to be generated, its really all on the developer to add it in
