It's useful and all, but it's just causing issues for other players, especially with the chunks forceloaded

If /back /home crashed the server, they might have been trying to change dimensions using that command. Doing that in quick succession can cause a ton of lag due to it using my server resources

That depends.
If unloaded and world is pregenned and players are constantly using it and at the same time loading new chunks then yes, there will definitely be lag especially if server specs cannot exactly handle the load all at once.

If you pregenned the world it doesnt make it lag-free, it just reduces the amount of strain and time it takes to load new chunks which can help in server performance. So, using /rtp in that case has lesser impact and setting cooldowns for it are important.

Not sure if /rtp was disabled in nether and end, but if so then that can also help reduce server stress since the majority if the time servers/owners typically only pregen the overworld.

I mean the world/dimension size via pregen can get really big really fast.

If yes, whats happening is that technically you dont have those extra slots until you wear the item that gives you more.

Whether you died and come to claim your grave (well we have keepInv) youre not actively wearing it so it drops the extra charms.

Post ender dragon armor, uses nether stars, and honey bottles. 8 dragon breath / strong will / honey bottles/ nether stars. Then you have to do the entire allay steel chain

It's tedious, but not hard.
