My friend's client frequently gets kicked from the server and give him the error: "lost connection: Internal Exception:
io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.util.zip.DataFormatException: uncompressed size is inaccurate"

Prior to him getting kicked this warning appears in the console but might simply be a coincidence as it doesnt always appear:
[18:41:34] [Server thread/WARN] [minecraft/ServerEntity]: Fetching packet for removed entity ItemEntity['Air'/5647, l='ServerLevel[world]', x=-2777.55, y=8.40, z=1005.39, removed=DISCARDED]

This issue most commonly occurs when opening chest. Can someone please help me. I've tried so many things on his client and on the server.

I found a fix that helped my friend it seems if your on wifi or a bad internet connection it will cause this issue to happen when you hover over a bunch of items.

Switching from wifi to a wired connection fixed the issue completely

Umm from what i can tell its related directly to internet speeds so unless you can increase them i dunno what else to say. The mod packetfixer is supposed to disable the disconnect feature from occuring same with the mod connectivity however they both seem to be not dddoing it best i can say is enable the debug log on both those mods and see what erorors pop up when it errors out
