Turn on instant respawn gamerule, but this really shouldn't be a problem bc it's only like 4 extra seconds when you die

I recommend you to be more careful and try to upgrade your gear and enchant it. The enchanting table in the mod is easy and great nothing like other more complicated tables.

Take ad you may I'm just telling you that if you are dying a lot there is a reason. You ain't careful or your her is not proper. But in simpler words "get good"

where do you find it in the files/mods

I use Prism to run my modpack, so i just pop open the mods folder and pull the mod "You Died" thats the file name. hope that helps!
