I am getting weird visual glitch using shaders that seems to be tied to player as seen in second video if walking it plays an animation

it always spawns in on the player where the shaders get loaded and is only happening in this modpack i tried changing shaders settings and couldnt figure it out but if you walk it plays an animation

Try deleting RuOK mod and try again please

its something specific to this modpack i have tried doing fresh install and and deleting all files from prism launcher even trued another install of bazzite
