Taking damage from water sources

Hello, I'm getting a little bug that makes me take damage from water sources below than half a block. I think it is something from new animations, it make me a little stuck like is try to switch animations several times in a second. I can't find the swimming animations to toggle off
I got not enchantments that make me vulnerable to water.

If I swim water sources more that one block, I take no damage at all. It's just when is below half a block or leaving the water

Do you have a rubber ring equipped if you remember?

I had trouble with water when having one on
