You can change the size of JEI in-game by adding more rows, I have it at 35 and it's similar to the stock JEI

Okay so this might be an unpopular opinion but I don’t care for ftb ultimine I just feel like it makes mining a bit too easy.
Like it makes methods such as ars aoe and hammer mining a bit useless for landscaping
