I was playing JO, this happened with RMC and USMC, I tried to get the adjutant kit amd it said it was already taken, go to the uh, overwatch computer and check on auxiliary, no one's an adjutant, check every other squad and jo adjutant. So it probably is a bug.

I was playing junior officer.
Happened in Distress Signal.
was not an antag.
Nothing was done before this bug, just walked up and tried to get the adjutant kit.

Dunno if right place to mention but apparently someone also noticed IO was only limited to one, not sure about EO

Was in a DS round not too long ago and someone who wanted to IO couldn't get the IO kit or AO kit
