Separating the whitelists would make it so that people are signing up for what they wanted and qualified to play
If you want to be an ambassador you wouldn't really need to know medical and engineering, you should be judged by how you play leadership roles, since all you do is talk talk talk
If you want to be a synth, then you should be vetted on wether or not you're good at both medical and engineering
Being good at larping the ambassador or Yautja doesn't automatically make you good at larping a synth, they are wildly different roles with different expectations
so hear me out.
make the roles where you do medical... require medical hours and etc...

yeah if thats like the problematic part hours for engineering jobs and corpsman can be increased but also the problem is the medical you qualified in was old med now we have a entire new system.
Engineering takes like 10 seconds to learn and medical takes like 15 minutes
