In the time I've spent being forced to watch CLF be imprisoned, I've learned something.
Once they've decided to take the metal from the cell and break every cell door, you no longer have a place to hold them.
However, because of the clause in the UCMJ that stares: "At no point is an execution ever to be sanctioned nor is it legal.", you cannot punish jailbreaks appropriately. Even more comes the issue where you CANNOT, at any given point, assign a DNR on a person due to it apparently being considered an execution. Therefore; If CLF or any prisoners break all of your brig doors down, you then have to spend even more time preparing a new holding area for them somewhere around the map. But you better pray it isn't on Stable! Because there isn't enough room to do anything there unless you take over the parking lot, which is right in front of the gate, which is far from ideal for any brig.
Fun fact: This is an entirely one-sided rule, as CLF aren't required to nor are expected to revive you as prisoner, nor are they expected to not outright execute you. They have nothing to gain from holding you prisoner, nor do they have an arrest objective.
