Why are you applying for this position?:

I see the potential the CMU has, servers like Colonial Marines/RMC have always peaked my interest, and I would love to be a volunteer for one.

What do you think makes a good staff member?:

A staff member that openly communicates with the community, clear in their actions & transparent. Also open-minded, and open to discussion.

What do you enjoy most about CMU and what do you think could improve?:

I enjoy the RP the CMU provides the most. I have literally never roleplayed with other people putting equal effort into the roleplay until I began playing CMU.

I think I could improve some of the policies or transparency CMU lacks. For example, I am unsure how you can make a staff complaint if an admin abuses their powers, I am also unsure if there is even an admin policy admins are expected to follow, as it is not public or shared knowledge.

Have you ever been banned from a Space Station community? If yes, please explain what for, where, when and for how long.:

Yes, I was permanently banned from 9 ss13 servers back in 2023-2024. I have recently appealed 4 of the bans and I don't believe I've gotten banned in the servers I'm unbanned from. The reasons for the bans were mostly due to me being a shitter.

I am currently banned from Wizden for transphobia allegations, including Delta-v, and omustation. Although I have to say these allegations are fake and I can discuss it in DMs (or this thread) if needed.

What time zone are you in and when are you available? How much time per week can you realistically dedicate to staff duties?:

EST, I am available nearly everyday. No more than 20 hours, no less than 10.

I have a range of experience ranging in time from april 2024 to current date.

I am currently the Head Admin for Monolith, having served for 4 months now.
In total I have been admin on Monolith for about 6-8 months.

I was the Goobstation Headmin for 7 months, the position for head admin was re-elected every two months between admin vote. I stepped down early, hence the unfinished 8th month.
I was a Goobstation Admin for over a year of combined time, excluding a 2 month retirement as I was growing exhausted of SS14.

I am currently an Admin for ratbite, but I more so advise on policy writing and headmin actions more than actual adminning duties in-game.

I used to be a traumastation admin, but I barely count it as adminning as it was before the server went 24/7 and I was only able to admin for 1 round before I lost interest.
