i really feel like this person is not suited for any kind of HRP role. In the most recent round, they (along with a couple of others) spawned in the GOVFOR base for some reason without IDs or anything. They decided the resolution to this was to just fight people a ton instead of roleplaying, then tried to steal an SL's dogtags and take their gear to keep fighting. They ended up trying to steal the CO's stun baton when they were arrested because they (and a couple others) beat people into critical condition, got killed for it, then were allowed to respawn. That kind of behavior doesn't speak to any kind of HRP at all.

Additionally, when someone commented on why they should not be whitelisted, they shifted blame onto that person for speaking up in LOOC.
I do not believe this player currently understands what is expected in an HRP environment. They should spend more time demonstrating that they can roleplay appropriately before being considered for whitelist approval.

-1. From what i've seen general just unbecoming behaviour of a WL having person alongside personal witnessing of some.. odd behaviours, mostly random screaming.
Also a odd behaviour of using not much netspeak but shortened words ingame like "u" in place of "you"
One experience ahs stuck with me hence the -1 and it was when i told govfor they was a terrorist as they was a mass murder during CLF activity on the colony, i proceeded to tell the govfor asking me about the arrest that they was just a terrorist, this was a blatant ICLY lie as i had chosen to go rogue after the CLF offered me recruitment (I was CWPS). Throwing a mass-murderer wasn't below my character, espically after defecting to the CLF.
Before I trail off..
They proceeded to go into looc and say something along the lines of: "ME WHEN IM AN ADMIN AND I LIE". This shows me this person clearly OOCly doesnt clearly understand the dynamics of RP, as yes I can lie in character in the right situations as such.
I think you need to work on your general RP attitude and general RP skillset.
Alongside their general arguementive behaviour and.. not very "proper" of acting in this forum has made me fully make up my mind.
This attitude ontop of character bleed i've observed and smaller things make this person highly unbecoming of the most lowest requiring HRP roles, yet alone anything MRP.

Like the round where I, a CWPS ranger, found them hitting the colony admins wall with an axe, when questioned they told me they were chopping wood, despite clearly not doing so. They were arrested and spent the entire time screaming at me and the other rangers about false arrest, then evidently ahelped it because I got bwoinked asking why they were in jail
Another round I found them just randomly breaking into the embassy building on barkers for no real reason

In general a very low quality player if it were up to me I wouldn't even have them on the server because they can't seem to follow the existing MRP standards let alone the HRP roles.
