It's not out of the question for the CMB to maybe turn tides and maybe realise.. the govfor may not be best for the colony well-being.
I am sure plenty of lawful good cmb cops out there want whats best for the colony and its people, not whats best for their "team" anyways, any we-yu exec would pmc the colony at a drop of the hat.
