my friend (i am editor) lost his mini feed in SLOBS, and this only happened after he installed OBS.Live (thinking it was needed to run streamelements). We've uninstalled and reset the computer and it is not fixed. SE and OBS.Live are the only new things on his computer. how do we resolve this?

@zinc helm There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

HEllo I'm a facebook streamer. I recently made the switch from SLOBS to SE. I LOVE the emote chat thing but the kappagen is releasing this weird frog emote every time my supports, shares, and follows go off even though they are unclicked & saved. The weirder part is it won't let me change emotes & this frog is really ugly on my stream. My chat loves seeing their emojis pop up but the weird frogs during alerts are making me crazy. Can you please help me?

While streaming on Facebook live, all my alerts and notifications work fine except when someone shares my stream. There is no share notification in my activity feed, and it doesn't ping my overlay

@manic kite If you are not seeing likes/shares on your current stream or page, that might be due to how the privacy settings of the person liking/sharing your stream are set.
If they are set to private we won't be able to see the events.
Specifically for shares, if they share in private groups, we won't be able to see the event.

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. Firefox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins is blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in an incognito tab.

I need to unbind and remove my facebook account from streamelement.
Basically I have log in stream elements with my twitch account and with my facebook account, so now even if i remove SE from my facebook business integration every time i try to add a channel to my se twitch account to have all of then in one place it says it is already claimed even if it not because i removed se from FB.

FB says:
To request that your information be removed, you will need to contact StreamElements. Review their Privacy Policy for details. If you contact StreamElements to remove your information, they may need your user ID for StreamElements.

I can provide the id to permanetly removed so i can then proceed and add my fb channel to my already existing twitch account on se.

was running a stream yesterday and it was crazy laggy, all the outputs looked fine from obs and all the stats on fb looked fine but it was lagging crazy bad. Just run the log analyzer and it said there is nothing wrong. I removed a few animations and it cleared up but I have only been having this problem recently

Likes, follows, fans, they’re all good and show when they’re supposed to but not shares. Hello there! I'm streaming to Facebook using OBS with Live addon from Streamelements. The problem is, both me and my viewers hear Messenger sound everytime some1 sends a message to my private account, even if my browser is closed. The sound comes directly from OBS. How can I mute it?

When I'm using Streamlabs OBS all i have to do is mute "Streamlabs OBS" sound in Windows "App volume and device preferences" settings and let "obs64" default, because Messenger sound comes from "Streamlabs OBS", while OBS sounds like follow notification, like notification, share notification, etc. comes directly from "obs64". The problem with OBS.Live is that I have only one process I can mute and when I mute it, I idd hear no more Messenger alerts when some1 text me, but I hear no more OBS notification sounds when some1 likes my stream, shares it, follows my page, etc. as well. Is there a way to fix it?

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Hey Streamelements 😘 TEAM! So I am having an issue on your website actually. I love the Forcefield Graphics and saw they just released an animated version. POG. When I go to the settings of the alert box, only follow and tip are active. So when I activate the others (stars, share, etc). I do not have an option to use the animated graphic as I can only upload and choose graphics from my own computer. Hope this makes sense. Thank you.

Hey, for some reason when people share my stream it is not registered on the platform. Everything else is registered and the Shares box is ticked. This didnt work- https://streamable.com/5la0se I took a clip right after you mentioned that it'd be helpful so it isn't very long, but you can see there that both scenes didn't have a single chat show up. Later on in the stream I went back into the intermission scene and chat had still not shown up at all. So it's worse than I thought. However, I have seen it show up multiple times before. Let me know your thoughts. Not sure if I need to mention it, but I had plenty of folks chatting during the time I recorded this video.

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Facebook does have privacy settings that might alter alerts @nocturne rain

If you are not seeing likes/shares on your current stream or page, that might be due to how the privacy settings of the person liking/sharing your stream are set.
If they are set to private we won't be able to see the events.
Specifically for shares, if they share in private groups, we won't be able to see the event.

It has something to do with the off-activity that checks which app you were using on mobile...

The email just blinks red because I don't have one tied to the account no error code just invalid email because I don't have one for it

Does anyone know why after yesterday when chat and activity feed was going haywire for stream elements, I was not the only one as i talked to multiple streamers, now my streamdeck that is suppose to connect with obs for scene changes is giving me the error code " the elgato remote control plugin is missing, unistall and reinstall streamdeck" I do this, and checked to make sure they were both installed on same drive, but out of no where this stopped working for me. any ideas? all of my stream deck alerts work except for the ones connected to obs and stream elements like screen changes, camera off and on, stuff connected to sources, exc.

I recently merged two streaming pages I had into one. Facebook appears to have deleted the account linked to stream elements. Can we relink that old account to the newly merged account so I can retrieve my overlays?

I checked OBS and the links are still rendering data. They're just not linked to the correct facebook.
