copy and paste the reference and see if that works for each scene and shut down source when inactive

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. FireFox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer with our Dashboard as it does not support functions.
If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins are blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in a incognito tab.

@hallow venture Account Merging - Please note:

Merging accounts only allows faster ways to switch between accounts
Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts
If you understand the limitations of merging and want to proceed, please find the JWT tokens (!jwt) from both accounts you want to merge and you will be directed to DM them to a staff member.

So, weird thing I've got going on: I can't use OBS.Live because it is insanely laggy. Like, the entire screen freezes for about 15 seconds at a time whenever I click anything. This doesn't happen in SLOBS, so for now I'm doing StreamElements browser sources in SLOBS but I would ideally like to be using OBS.Live. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hmm, think I just hit on something while trying to recreate issues. I had deactivated the StreamElements addons (Activity Panel, Chat, etc.) and that had increased performance, but as soon as I activated the Activity Panel the stuttering started again

I'm streaming to mixer, I have noticed much more "stream lag" using SE/OBS.Live than when I was using Streamlabs. Meaning, I do something on PC, it does not happen on stream for a good 20-30 seconds.

@wet void If your Mixer stream has "Low Latency" greyed out in the player while using OBS.Live, do the following:

Stop your stream
Go to your stream settings in OBS and return them to your previous settings, where your service is listed as "Mixer.com - FTL"
In "live video settings" for OBS.Live on the left-hand side (in the chat window) change the setting on top of the window to "Go Live with Mixer Broadcast Dashboard settings" and press "Go Live!" from there

Can anyone help, im not sure if its an OBS issue, but it seems to be a common factor. I have a duel PC setup. my main pc for gaming, and the other for streaming. both computers are in one chassis, with one power supply. When i stream, my streaming computer with shut off completely, no blue screen or crash, just shut off. ive monitor my temps and they stay high 30s low 40s while streaming, when im not streaming and just sitting on the desktop it doesnt shut down. also my gaming computer stays on. so i dont think its the PSU failing because one system stays on.

In order to import scenes/overlays from SLOBS, you need to have OBS.Live installed.
After you install OBS.Live, click on "Streamelements" on top, then on "Import from other services" and then click on "StreamLabs - Import Now"
Each scene from SLOBS will be imported as a stand alone Overlay here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/overlays

Yeah OBS.Live doesn't import SLOBS stuff, only browser related things. To import SLOBS scenes and sources, make sure you're on the latest OBS Studio version (different from OBS.Live because .Live is just a plugin), then go to "Scene collection" -> Import. @silent forum

Do not ask the same questions in multiple channels. Your question isn't related to OBS.Live as it has something to do with our bot and your streaming platform, in this case Twitch.
The bot can't use your sub emotes if you don't gift it a sub. A bot is like a normal user in your channel.

@sick dock Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

Yes i did it and it didn't work, but after i removed the whole webcam scene and remade it and added, it seemed to work. Thanks Ruben and as always frustrating to fix it for 30minutes come here and it magically fixes itself in very easy steps that didn't work before..

Heey, I have an issue setting it up. I use OBS Live and I have a GoXLR. How do I map my music and the rest of OBS to different output devices? In the advanced device settings, OBS shows up as one source so I cannot split it there.

Hi All, Could someone please help me! I am having problems with the !sr feature, if a regular user uses it, then it adds to the queue the same random video for whatever song they have requested (last night was about ingrown townails). So the problem is when you try to install the stream elements integration on the stream deck it does the whole loading thing then when it’s done it then says install again. I’ve noticed that there are hundreds of people asking this in the elgato discord. Any way you guys could look in to it maybe a bug with the newest up date that came out on the stream deck ?

Hello. I have been having an issue during my last 4 streams in a row. It seems like right at about the 2 hour mark of my stream the video cuts out for approximatly 35 seconds and my viewers get this window

i linked my Twitch account to Twitch Inspector and it shows me these "unstable events" and every single one lasted exactly 35 seconds. During this time I get no notification that this is happening and only find out when my chat reconnects and they tell me that this happened to my stream.

I did notice OBS saying that I had some dropped frames after my chat said the stream cut out, but during the other streams I looked at the dropped frams counter and it said I had none. As far as I can tell this is the first stream that actually told me I had dropped frames. Not sure if this makes a difference or not

Everyone has a default command called "!emotes" on their account.

#

The idea here is, to make sure its enabled and use "!emotes update" - this will trigger our system to grab all emotes from your channel (sub, ffz, bttv and global twitch emotes).

#

But there is an issue specifically with twitch global emotes - we are not capturing them properly or something and they won't be updated

#

so if a user is trying to use "!kappagen Kappa " for example to trigger a manual explosion

#

Hello! There was a problem. During the broadcast, my mouse starts to slow down (as if vertical synchronization is enabled) the game in fps shooters becomes very difficult. That's why I'm asking. OBS.Live replaces the browser source. And that thing is currently crashing. The crash shouldn't occur without our plugin.

At the top, click on "Scene Collection" and "Duplicate" your current collection.
In that duplicate, you remove every browser source.
If that is done, install OBS.Live again and see if it works now.

What up peeps. So I just had to do a fresh PC install. Reloaded SE OBS etc. So the edit stream info dock is gone. I know check view and see if its there but its not. I have done a reinstall. I have logged out of OBS multiple times and back in. Any idea how to bring it back?

Im having issues with the media request obs live widget

#

If I play the songs without displaying them on stream the audio is fine

#

but as soon as I set "Show" on stream, I hear the audio playing over itself

#

It feels as though somehow the media request widget attached to the overlay is producing audio in the Preview and Program panes of OBS Live

@vestal fiber Make sure to ☑ “Shutdown source when not visible” for all browser sources (all OBS scenes). anyone use @neon fern credits widget? I copied it to my overlay and it shows it as working there but it only works when I first open obs should I change scenes it doesn't actually work once I switch to the scene I have it on

Yea it looks like the media request widget that is hooked onto the overlay is actually producing audio output when the overlay is displayed in the preview/program pane

#

Because If I set a scene that doesn't have the media request widget on the overlay the audio is fine.

Is there anyway to adjust the canvas size in streamelements? Ive got the scene setup to be 1920/1080 and when I bring it over to obs its not transfering properly cause the scene canvas in streamelements is a different size.

I set the scene to 1080p and I set the background image to 1920 x 1080 and I still get a chunk of canvas at the bottom of the screen....
