Hi - I have a couple of Stream Store items that play videos, but every time it's redeemed, the video plays fine, and then the audio of the clip plays again (i.e., like an audio echo). To try and troubleshoot, I started with a fresh Overlay with only the stream store item widget, and a Scene that only has this overlay and nothing else. Can someone help me fix this?

1. Click on your Channel Name at the top of the dashboard and select Settings
2. Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)
3. Send this invite to a mod/manager to give them access to your dashboard. The link is one-time-use and expires after 72 hours if not accepted

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

I've searched to see if anyone else has the same issue, but i cant find anything. My stream elements .obs plugin for my stream deck suddenly stopped working. All the icons became question marks. I found the plugin was missing from my stream deck installed modules, so i tried to reinstall it and this is what happens.

after clicking install it does the progress bar, then it says install again

and it hasnt installed.

I made sure my software and firmware are both updated

Ive reinstalled the streamdeck software

ive checked the plugins folder to make sure broken files arent there, they arent.

Is this an issue with the stream elements plugin, or is this on my end? And has anyone else ever had this problem?

I'm having an issue with only one overlay from every theme I'm trying to use. All scenes are working fine except for when I try to set one for live game play. I formatted pc1 a few months ago and reinstalled obs and ndi. Now obs on PC 2 has a lot of lag. I have tried everything, but the screen reproduced with the plugin (pc2) is very laggy.

2 days ago I updated OBS.Live and ever since my alert sound doesnt work, if i have the overlay editor open and do a test follow the sound goes through the site. But whenever I get an alert in OBS.Live the sound doesnt go through at all. The alert pops up as it should, but no sound. Someone that knows what the problem is? I never had this problem before and i can't figure out the problem.

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

@tulip hamlet When I click on someone's name it's a bigger window and in the activity feed there's more dead space and I used to have the text size on like 2 tick's of text size slider on my activity feed and just one day both were noticeably more zoomed and I had to make the text size smallest and it's still kind of big. I will say, it happened to discord in the same way so I assumed it was my windows settings zoom but it wasn't change and was still 100% zoom so I'm lost

Well, that doesn't seem to be our chat dock, but the regular OBS Studio chat dock. Try closing that one and opening the one in the StreamElements menu instead.

Hello, I'd like to report an issue with the OBS.Live plugin for the elgato stream deck, recently I managed to get it on with the help of deleting the folder in the appdata (thanks for that btw) but now all the main buttons as part of the plugin do not work correctly, you click any of the plugin buttons and it displays the yellow warning triangle and the desired action does not occur.

hello, i hope this is the right channel 🙂 im having an issue with an alert when using an overlay (preset one, got it from SE-website). so, the issue is just about the subscriber alert.. i got the overlay since ~3 weeks. back then i activated the preset sub-gift and normal sub alert in variation settings, but smh only "new sub notifications" popped up in obs. test alerts work fine. so i just wanted to work on it again. i found out, that i just had this issue on my "playing scene". in talk-scene i got the alert box without text, and everything worked out as it should in the "brb scene".. i compared all these settings and couldnt find any difference. as soon as i enabled text to speech and saved in the working "brb scene", (just for refreshing the scene in my obs) that alert doesnt show up in my OBS studio anymore 😦 i didnt change any other options. i tried out another scene (talk scene) and when i went to edit and also "refreshed it" by changing the sub-sound, it also didnt work anymore (even tho i had a custom sub sound before).. anyone can help me, maybe? i tried out couple things like making a "t1 sub only" alert in variation settings, but that also doesnt work out. i dont have any issues with raid alert or TTS tip alert for example. im clueless since it seems that some settings changed without changing it.. 😦 if you need any screenshots or detailed information, please tell me. i hope it was understandable x) (if this post belongs to #helpdesk-twitch pls tell me, i just posted it here because there was OBS in its name xD)

I'm trying to disable that Stream Report sent to my e-mail after every session, but I can't find anything on Stream Elements page. Additionally, the 'unsubscribe' feature on the bottom of the e-mails doesn't seem to be working either, as I opted out, but I keep receiving the reports. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to add media share to my stream and show the videos on stream
Problems:

1. Media Share will not work if I close the Media Share tab from the Stream Elements website
2. If I leave it open, the video doubles in sound, one for OBS and one from the browser tab (I'm using Chrome btw)

The video on the browser tab is muted but I still hear a doubling like the same video is playing in two different instances.

I've been here before about the doubling effect and it was not resolved. Can we try again?

I closed the tab and am just using Ground Control, to see if that helps....still doubling.

I don't know how to describe this problem but I'll give it a shot. after installing OBS.Live plugin, some of the things in OBS like my twitch chat and notifications are all wonky. when I click on the chat box, for example, it puts a mirror-like floaty image of the same thing over it. I literally don't know how to describe this glitch..

but it makes some elements of OBS pretty un-usable. did I do something to deserve this..?!

Sounds similar to my monitor @bleak lantern - it's default was 60 Hz even though it can run at 144 Hz. I had to manually set that up for gaming. So much tinkering lol.

Well, I give up on this, no media share, very frustrated, considering uninstalling Ground Control and possibly OBS.LIVE. Not complaining, I just don't know that I see a point in having it all.

Hello everyone, I'm new here and joined this discord to get help with a certain problem that I couldn't find anything about on the internet! : I have problems updating my OBS.Live on OBS Studio version 25! Everytime I open my obs it says obs.live needs an update- and whenever I go for it the installer stops at the "obs-browser-page.exe" and says it can't open/write the file! @topaz sand that's because the overlay isn't store locally, its a Browser source. that delay depends on your internet speed. You can try to setup a Stinger Transition to cover that load time

so today I uninstalled OBS.Live and my Elgato stream software, then reinstall both and but everytime i use an obs live function on the stream deck I just get nothing but the yellow warning triangles, its not recognizing any actions from my stream deck except for the scene switching and sources, ive attached to the log file this time to help fix the problem.

@spare basin In order to import scenes/overlays from SLOBS, you need to have OBS.Live installed.
After you install OBS.Live, click on "Streamelements" on top, then on "Import from other services" and then click on "StreamLabs - Import Now"
