- Restart OBS
- Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
- Stop your stream/recording.
- Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

Ok sweet. Ive done that. Im assuming that I have to play the audio through the desktop capture device which then plays to the stream via that program setting. Im just finding its looping coz it plays once as the alert (which is fine) but then it plays on stream all disjointed, but then it recognises it as another sound being played and plays it again through the stream.

Method 1: In the browser source properties, shutdown source when not visible.
Method 2: Don't put it in each overlay, give it its own overlay instead, and add that one overlay to all of your scenes with the "use existing" option in OBS.

You can start by trying to clearing the browser source's cache before going with the nuclear option.

Yes. If the import function in the StreamElements menu is not finishing it's usually because you have assets that are too large or are trying to import Streamlabs-owned assets.

It's either 10 or 15 MB per asset? I forget which.
Asset is a file being used in your scenes.

And we take those and upload them into your account on our site.

Im trying NOT to use custom settings when putting it in as it heavily effects my CPU usage. anyone have any idea why i literally have to resign in to my twitch every time i boot up obslive in order to talk in my own chat or time someone out in it or update stream information through obslive... even if i hit remember for 30 days.... it wasnt always like this. it used to keep me signed into my twitch no matter what

Have been streaming for a few weeks with no problems, today I accidentally started stream with my speakers instead of my earphones. I switched over to the earphones and restarted OBS.Live. Now my desktop audio and mic keep echoing. I've googled the issue and followed the steps on the youtube channels and the forums and none of them seem to work. I've tried different games or even watching a youtube vid and still get the same echoing. I changed microphones from the usb mic I usually use to a 3.5mm jack mic and still got the same issue. I hadn't changed any settings on OBS.Live. Can anyone help please??

I am experiencing a new local browser source issue and I don't know how to fix it.
I installed a script pack in a chatbot to call gifs in to a local browser source. I know I got the script pack working correctly because if I open the locally hosted .html file in chrome it shows the gif. I cannot seem to get OBS.live to display this index.html file in any aspect. All of my other browser sources are still working fine..

Thanks for the advice, but it's still a no go. Work around for now is display capture + desktop audio output. Update: the game capture preview window is working intermittently alternating from showing game and blank grey screen, apparently at random. @proper sandal Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:
- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- All auto host events with at least 1 viewer (only from a channel that just went offline)
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

You switched it to Twitch and then pasted your stream key from twitch and then clicked Apply?
There is a twitch option that has you sign in and a twitch option that lets you put in your stream key

Hello, i'm having an issue with audio monitoring on obs live. When i play an mp3 as a media source via hotkey it refuses to play, sometimes may blurt out a tenth of a second of the audio clip, and go back to silence. I see the output bar moving, and did a test recording that showed the audio source was playing when i pushed the hotkey, but i could not hear the source aside from the random bits and pieces of it if i mashed the button. I have tested multiple audio monitoring devices and cannot seem to get this to work, even tried other mp3 files. None work except the few that are over 10 seconds long.

@tropic hare use your stream key, and not the "log in to twitch" feature in obs live. That fixed it for me.

@green lake OBS Studio by default does NOT have that option. OBS.Live is just a plugin for OBS Studio. I don't think OBS Studio would be capable of streaming to multiple platforms, due to sheer amount of processing power and resources from your PC it would need.
But it doesn't hurt to try and go ask in their discord if they plan on adding such a feature

- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- All auto host events with at least 1 viewer (only from a channel that just went offline)
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

@past fog Having both in one scene is not recommended as it can cause issues with the stream. However if you have your Game Capture Source above your Display Capture: It'll always pickup the game you're on first to show on screen.

I could use some help with the Media Request feature in OBS.Live. The audio music is loud through my headphones. Even at the lowest volume in Media Request is louder than I would like in my headphones. It comes through great for my stream because of my Desktop Audio level but not for me on my headphones

Click on the Cog -> Audio Properties -> Turn Monitoring & output on.
So yourself & chat can hear it.

Hello, having an issue with OBS Live with audio. I have an ElGato HD60 Pro installed inside my computer. The audio is constantly popping and I've no idea why. I would love some assistance to resolve this issue please. Thank you. I may also add that I stream and game from the PC as well, and no audio popping. Only pops with the capture card.
I assume its because I do not have the audio configured properly. I did experiment on the Game Capture program that ElGato has by default and does not pop audio. So need help configuring OBS with my capture card.

They never respond. They are infamous for that. But this is an OBS configuration. The capture card is fine as I've tested it. I just need help getting that audio done correctly.

More than likely being the CPU & RAM. Don't think can handle the animation from both Kappagen & the Latest Follow Widget.
