1. Make sure your stream is public. The bot cannot join a private/unlisted stream.
2. Your stream must be live for the bot to join the chat.
3. Add https://youtube.com/c/streamelements as a Comment Moderator at https://www.youtube.com/comment_management
4. When live, be sure to look at Live chat instead of Top chat, as Top chat will hide the bot messages.

Note that it can take some time after going live before the bot joins your chat.

The only option you can try is to log out of every streamelements/youtube related stuff and log back in. I have got the feeling that something changed with your account name connected to streamelemenst and we can't connect the right way. So by logging out and making the bot leave and log back in and join it, the connection should be cleared.

I am not that familiar with youtube. I think you have to be live and the bot has to be joined your channel and your channel has to be publc to get the notification.
Furthermore the user can set a setting to not being shown when he subscribes you. So we can't emulate an alert. Also when you are already subscribed to a channel and you unsubscribe and resubscribe we might not get the nitification as you have to be unsubscribed for a certain amount of time maybe.

To set up the bot for your YouTube stream, please follow these steps:

1. Click the "Join Channel" button in your StreamElements dashboard.
2. Make sure your stream is public. The bot cannot join a private/unlisted stream.
3. Your stream must be live for the bot to join the chat.
4. Add https://youtube.com/c/streamelements as a Comment Moderator at https://www.youtube.com/comment_management
5. When live, be sure to look at Live chat instead of Top chat, as Top chat will hide the bot messages.

Note that it can take some time after going live before the bot joins your chat.
