It does not work with YouTube at the moment. Only for Twitch. YouTube is planned but no ETA.

It is not a separate program. Just a plugin for OBS.Studio which for Twitch has the Activity Feed, Twitch Chat, Media Request & can change your Twitch Stream title/game playing + enabled custom bot name.

I don't see what you think its hard when I told you, that we manually do requests for deletion of accounts above 1000 subscribers. This means that a Developer will delete your account, but it won't be right now.

Either wait patiently for the fix to the subscriber event or wait until the account is deleted - or both.

the alias should use the same 'name' as the tipping link and I don't think users can set it, cause commands should point to specific websites
f.e. command !tip should take u to "streamelements.com/{channel.alias}/tip
My channel might have broke Youtube API somehow cause i'm pretty sure i've transfered it from one google account to the other in the past 😛

thats more than likely the issue. you can try parting the bbot and re-joining it to you channel. if that doesnt work i will have to pass it to admin, as its friday evening im not sure how long it will take to resolve

Atm there is no option to use OBS.Live with Youtube. It is planned.

Log out of YouTube itself, then log out of StreamElements, and then try logging into StreamElements again. It should prompt you to choose which account.

There should be a reason field in the form so place your sepcific request there.

cool, i believe (but i can be wrong) is not supported, or a very heavy file, for video. if you can, try converting it to .webm or .jpeg

as for the text, try adding a default alert box and emulating that, the text should be visible.
if it is then you can use that as a template going forward to add the custom video

That didn't change anything. I think the # of subs is based on whether their YT accounts have privacy turned on or not. People with that on don't even pop up as a new sub on YT, so I wouldn't expect it in SE either. That's most likely where the discrepancy is derived

There are 2 ways to get overlay on top of your console gameplay.

Remote play -> obs
capture card -> obs

Hi, started using obs.live the other day to stream division 2. My fps in game was only 40fps... I have a 2080 ti and i9 9900k cpu with 32 GB ram. I play on 1080p 144hz monitor. Without OBS.live my fps displays 150-200 fps! I'm a bit surprised OBS would drop my fps by so much. Need some help here. I was using the new encoder NVENC and set my bitrate to 6000 on cbr. Preset max quality, profile high. Look ahead and psycho visual tuning checked. GPU 0 and Max b frames 2. Also had trouble with getting my YouTube chat to show and update with current chat on the OBS.

@signal tartan Since Apex Legends doesn't have optimized GPU drivers yet, it tends to take up all your GPU resources, leaving nothing for OBS. If you're having OBS performance issues, you'll likely need to limit the game somehow. The easiest way to do this is to enable Vsync in the game, or use a frame limiter. You can limit the game to 60fps by adding +fps_max 60 to the game's launch properties in Origin.

Hi folks! I'm 💯 new to Stream Elements. Set it up to add some neat functionalities to my stream. BUT I don't understand how it works haha. I stream using YouTube, I connected my YouTube account, set up the chat bot and did the overlays but when I do test "Unlisted" streams, it doesn't show me as online in my Streamelements dashboard. Unlisted isn't live, the stream needs to be actually live to show on the dashboard. You can still test everything with bot commands but it won't show on the dashboard

I've looked through my widgets and can't find it, despite having watched countless tutorials where it is right at the top or they search media with Ctrl+F and find it. So, I'm not sure why, when I'm recording fortnite and look at the playback of it its as smooth as the gameplay itself; but when I am recording Apex or Smite and view the play back its extremely jittery like its almost lagging constantly which is nothing like the game play. it must be yt then, i think they made some changes when they updated to studio beta, at that time we (and player.me) had issues with sub alerts etc... now all bots not working

This is StreamElements. You might ask StreamLabs on that issue.
If you are referring to the OBS plugin OBS.Live provided by StreamElements there is no option to log in with youtube. It is planned. No ETA.

Anyone have an idea why all of a sudden StreamElements isn't seeing subscribers? I'm not getting the notifications and events displaying like they did. The only thing I've done inside of StreamElements is to add a timer that displays a message every 20 minutes.

I'm comfortable using CSS & HTML but I don't know how I would (for example) make the name of a superchatter appear. Looks like I figured out how to do what I wanted. To display the name of the superchatter in a custom alert I would use {{name}}. I feel like there should be some documentation for this somewhere (or maybe there is?). I had already tried {name}, which didn't work.

So whenever someone subscribes, the event wouldn't play at all, except until I opened up SE and emulated a subscriber alerts*. Today the audio is just playing but the video hasn't be showing up.
