i would also consider switching the font colors in your buttons so that the larger words are in white. it looks pretty good as-is, but you want the main word to be eye-catching and easier to see

Nice shirt design! Speaking of Pride I wanted to say that I love the SE server icon! I love that there was effort put into making it animate through all the different flags. It's a nice change of pace to the "slap a rainbow on or behind the logo"

The mouth makes it a little crowded which for smaller print or digital uses it may not read too well. I personally like the simplicity of the one without the mouth as it will read easier in big or small size uses

Maybe try a warm reddish purple? If you're still worried about it looking to similar to the others you mention you could always try cooler colors like blue, purple or cool shades of green since the other to logos you mention use warmer colors

First of all, I love this, second of all, I agree with @unique summit where maybe adjusting the fence a smidgen might help avoid some blocking, especially if you are planning to use it for an emote so it might appear smaller and harder to see

Maybe make the pink features a bit larger? Particularly the pink near the eyes. They may not be visible at a smaller size.
