I’ve been experimenting again with the Japanese milk bread recipe, this time incorporating cinnamon roll into it!

Using slices of brioche bread & a rolling pin to roll out flat!
Pan fry some fillet steak and airfry some mozzarella sticks!
Places the steak on the bread, then mozzarella sticks and drizzle with balsamic vinegar!

Using my cheesecake recipe I then added in an almond cream and a hazelnut cream!
Just before allowing to set I topped it with Nutella and created the swirl pattern!

Pistacchio Con Chocolate Gelato!
Using Pistachio Grom gelato I placed it in silicone ice lolly moulds with a plastic lolly stick & then froze them for a few hours until set!
Then dipped them in chocolate & topped them with crushed pistachios!

I made a pretty plain brekkie rice noodles soup inspired by the time I lived in Beijing, the soup that was there. Gosh I miss it, but this was pretty similar. Used squid balls but not sure if it was another type of balls..they were white my Google photo memory said tho
It does remind me of Beijing! Do you think we will ever be able to go back for a visit some day?

Using a basic churro recipe I wanted to test out a churro maker I bought recently!
I added cinnamon to the dough, then piped them into the machine!
Sprinkled with sugar & used a cooks blowtorch to caramelise them!

Rice cooker witj sushi rice, pre made goma wakame, stole pickled red onion from a friend, just cut tje avocado.. salmon piece deep frozen from tje store..thaw in fridge.. put on stuff for marinade, back in fridge until I'm ready to use it. Sauce is gochujang with home made mayo

Dried anchovies are way way smaller tho..I thinknthis is some kind of fruit...
I've been using squid balls lately:) it's super good but does leave a residue taste... gonna try another kind next time I go to the store :D

But, it was hell to clean up so this year so far I only grow cilantro in the kitchen window. I have the longer box on thr balcony. Looking forward to my edible chrysanthemum.. but the salad I got this year after letting last year s seed spread is AMAZING

I can of flaked Tuna (Drained)
Panned stirred with 1 cup of diced mushrooms and onions.
2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp mayo
chives on top (Optional)
and some black pepper.
Mix together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Enjoy with a serving of crackers! 😄

Alright, here's the finished product. The kalua pork was bomb it had A very light smoke profile due to being wrapped in the banana Leaves the entire time (might leave it unwrapped a while next time) but the combination of light smoke, banana Leaves and Hawaiian Pink Salt made it amazing! Also did some Hawaiian style short ribs marinated in soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, onion, sesame oil/seeds and Asian pear and grilled some pineapple. My wife made some bacon fried rice to go with it! Pork took 16 hours at 225 degrees
Pasta alla Soju! Some traditional long ziti hand broken with a soju sauce: onions, garlic, beef, tomato paste and gochujang deglazed with soju with heavy cream, Parmesan, red pepper flakes and gochugaru. Parmesan and ripped basil garnish.
now I want sushi and pasta! 👀

KFC (Korean fried chicken) 4 ways! Yangnyum sauce (gochujang), gangjeong sauce (soy and garlic) and ppuringkul (sweet cheese powder). Oh and just plain is the 4th lol

Tandoori chicken naan tacos.
Garlic cilantro naan, avocado cilantro crema, charred pineapple salsa, cucumber mint raita, bok choy slaw.
Trying to create a mild ddeokbokki since my friend wanna try.. I would like a cheese that melts.. prettier? Or something xD any ideas ?
Made some Vietnamese noodles salad. With the shrimp scale I boiled some shrimp fond. Now just need to decide what to cook with it haha
It was! Took me six hours or so (chat and all that) but it was WORTH IT
Food and drink streams are like that! Been doing it for two years almost now…you just get so caught up with the fun, you lose track of time sometimes. 🙂

I did a few of those awhile back— and I had fun! But I always felt weird during the time that things were baking and I was just waiting 
But I might see if I can figure out how to do them again because they were fun… just a little harder to do in my current place now haha

looks great! I only have soft tofu at home after my kimchi jjigae but I have a feeling soft tofu might be too.. soft for this?
i've never tried it with soft tofu haha, i did have to press all the moisture out of the tofu beforehand so it might be a little too soft, it may crumble before you can press the moisture out

In Sweden we call it "saft", it's basically a fruit or berry ...drink? Basically just boiled down with water and sugar, and then you add water to some to get this drink. Not sure what it's called in the USA because I've never once seen anyone drink it in an American show ot movie like. Ever

Leftovers curry udon! Udon noodles from scratch took 3 hours that was fun haha but they turned out great! I used ube and it turned the curry into a deep, almost beef stew color and gave it a great earthy sweetness!
