you'll want to reset the goal in the widget data, which you can do either from the overlay editor or by going to the activity feed on the main site and clicking the "Widget Data" link in the little box to the right of the list
if you do it from the overlay editor just click the little monitor icon with gears inside it

you can flush the cache on individual browser windows in OBS and SE.Live if you go to their properties (just double click the source) and scroll down there's a button to "Refresh cache of current page". the overlays themselves should be updated every time you save them on the overlay editor

Queue didn't have a size limit and was open to everyone. member who was able to join was a subscriber. members who got the error were a mod, a vip, and another subscriber

I understand your frustration on the matter and I can provide you with instructions on how to remove the plugin.
Not sure what exactly it broke on your PC after the install, but it would be best if we can be calm on this so that nothing else gets messed up(although I don't expect it would).
Open your Windows Start menu and just type in "Control Pane"
Find "Programs and Features" if on "large Icons" view, or simply "Programs" -> "Uninstall a program" if in Category view.
One you see a list of all your installed software, find "Streamelements SE.Live" and simply use the Uninstall button on top
This will uninstall only SE.Live and keep all your OBS Studio settings as is. You will see a download happen during uninstall, but that is only for SE.Live to re-download something from OBS Studio to revert it to its previous state (basically remove a hook from SE.Live and "fix" the "Start Streaming" button)

So....I've gotten some heads up from people that apparently there's no way, not even with custom JS, to do multiple conditions for a sub, or to do multi-gift subs for different tiers?
Is this correct? Because that is an absolute monstrous letdown for me after hoping streamelements would be my new alerts source. I need that functionality to be able to implement all my new alert variants.
I'm seeing suggestion threads from now until 3 years ago asking for this; seems like an incredibly basic customization feature. I don't want to believe it's been left impossible for that long.
I'd really like an answer on this; I've asked before and gotten nothing but silence. If it can't be done, I might have to just conclude SE isn't worth it.

Some TTS voices were having issues recently. I would recommend changing the TTS voices for one specific alert and test it to check if that voice is affected (sadly we do not have a list of affected voices).

Hello there,
we've encountered a strange problem with the alert sounds and soundeffects (stream-shop sound effects) lately.
For a few days now no audio is played anymore on any source, neither in alert boxes (also not in preview) nor soundalerts triggered via chat alerts (from stream-shop).
Visual alerts and text is shown as usual in any alert but no sound is transmitted anymore.
Nothing has been changed in any settings, it just suddenly stopped playing any audio.
When I click the play icon in the overview of the stream shop it plays normal (sound alone or sound and visual alert), also when clicking the play button on any file showing under the "uploaded" tab when trying to set an alert audio in the alertbox plays the selected sound but it doesn't within any browsersource nor in the preview of the alertbox on the streamelements page.

I have a "kiss, marry kill" command where it picks random users for each. But there are so many bot accounts its making it kinda meh when its commanderroot, etc.
Anyway to make it like real accounts? followers only or something?

"Mute Alerts" was activated... 🤦♂️

Maybe the "Mute Alerts" Option was turned on by accident.
You can check that in your dashboard under activity feed.
If the bell symbol above the recent activities is red and crossed out, then try to click it once more and reload your browsersource(s) for streamelelents in OBS.
After that it should work again if it's the same problem! 🙂

I know about $(user.lastmessage) but that would only output on the command itself and not as a proper Reply, same thing on the User Level option where Reply only @tags them
For example, lets have a !reactcommand where the main goal for it is never to be used as !reactcommand instead to be triggered by the Command Keywords aka alternate ways to trigger a command. They can be anywhere in the message and do not need an exclamation mark (!) than when someone triggers it, StreamElements would Reply tagging the message itself

For the 3rd time this week, the Bot fails to reply to any commands. I've parted/joined the bot, re-authorized my custom bot name and i've tried disabling and enabling custom Bot name. I've tried the troubleshooting provided here many times. This always happens once OBS is Open (which is terrible timing, and incredibly stressful to deal with while live.) Please can the Devs look in to this? It's a constant issue, I'll be moving away from StreamElements if it continues.

I don't believe there is a way without using a custom API. You can check #command-share to see if someone has one. Otherwise an overlay might be your best option.

Hello! I've been having some issues with my overlay notifications. I've deleted and remade the entire thing but I continue to not receive follower notifications. The stream elements activity log does show when I get follows but the overlay notifications doesn't pop up and the [name] of the follower doesn't update. My other notifications (cheers, subs, donations) on the same overlay are working fine. I'm not sure what the problem is?
I've tried looking at the data visualization settings and I've noticed it isn't counting my followers and unlike the other notifications, my newest followers name just doesn't appear? I'm not sure if this info helps but I'm really just throwing out all I know. I've had this issue for months and I really want to figure out how to fix this.

I did the whole setup for the Raid: Shadow Legends sponsorship and I forgot to press the Start Campaign button before streaming. I streamed like 2.5 hours and I had like 15 people who registered.. Does this mean that this stream was a whole waste? Can these people be added to the counter? Also I had an undocked windows for my scenes and now its stuck between the transition of two monitors after loading OBS back up.. Try to logout and login again in OBS Settings -> Stream then in StreamElements menu top of OBS -> Logout ->Login

Did you setup the timer as the duration it takes for the WebM to fully finish the video?
If not it sometimes can cause the alert to glitch out and now always show up

yes, i have 5 types of animations that runs in diferent situation. But for example if its sleeping and receive a sub call another animation to wake up
but right now in some moments its like the object that make this things crash, but the label that said who sub its working
