Hello, I'm trying to have the StreamElements Bot post a link into my Twitch change but the link gets masked when it's posted. I have tried white listing the link and even turning off the Link Protection in the Spam Filter. I did notice that in my Twitch settings that I have links blocked which is probably the source to my problem. Is this a case where I just need to add "StreamElements" to the "Role Manager" in Twitch as a Moderator?

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

EX. You want to edit a !welcome command from saying "Hello" to "Welcome to my channel"

When your mod successfully edits a command, you should get a in-chat prompt that says "successfully updated command <text>"

Keep in mind that this is for simple custom commands and not for other specialized commands.

If you're from the US and have over 100 followers please contact our support to enable this feature." Now, i'm not from US and i dont have over 100 followers, i have something like 21 follower but someone typed me that he would like to donate my live because i have not subscriber plan active, at the same time on the FAQ there is a condition about who can use SE.Pay, over 18yo (I'm 24), a bank account in one of the following countries which there is Italy (and i have this point as well). The question is, am I missing the only point about over 100 followers? Or a staff member can enable the SE.Pay?

I am trying to setup a follower goal , I am currently at 14 and I want to set it to 50 but it always show's me the value 59 like it would be my current follow count , tried it couple of times but I cannot seem to be able to fix it

• from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

@noble obsidian To be a bit clearer - Twitch has changed to Net-15 pay since April 15, 2019. Net-15 means you should be paid roughly 15 days after the end of the calendar month, as long as your accrued revenue balance is $100 or more. This balance is rolled over to the next calendar month should you not hit it.

However for specific support on when you should recieve your sub revenue if you have a special case, contact Twitch support.

Opera GX and the new Microsoft Edge Chromium might work closest to Chrome as its also Chromium built. Firefox also works, but some things might look a bit different or not work. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer with our Dashboard as it does not support functions.
If the website doesn’t work on chrome, be sure none of your plugins is blocking our website or clear your cookies. You can try if the website works in an incognito tab.

@barren juniper Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.

@jaunty bolt If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

@ripe merlin If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

Can someone figure out why my bot is broken and spamming the reply to a command? the commands weren't working so changed it to not use a custom name, but now it's using the custom name but basically spamming chat with the command i inputted before i turned it off, i timed the bot out for 10 minutes and as soon as the 10 minutes were up it started saying the command reply again.
