2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste the link here.

Note: If you do not see an obsproject.com URL, you will need to update OBS Studio to version 22+.

looking into this as well for someone experiencing the same issue. points aren't being distributed during reruns and haven't been for several days now, despite working fine in the past. streamer tried turning loyalty settings off/on, logging out/in, removing and reinviting the bot, stopping and restarting rerun queues and nothing really seems to be able to make it work again. fighting off riots from desperate gamblers lol. any ideas?

@eager bear It's dependent on whether the Twitch API considers you as online or offline during a rerun, our dashboard page has an indicator in the top left which shows you your live/offline status according to Twitch's API, so during a rerun if the dashboard says 'offline' then the system will react as if you're offline instead of live

@lament blade Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.

Hi my watchtime command doesn't work and i dont know why

• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs.

Hi, I am having a problem with one of my mods, I jokingly timed him out earlier and then straight away untimed him out again but since his mod status has disappeared and he is unable to perform any actions. I tried to remove his moderator status to reinstate it but twitch won’t allow me to do this. Anybody any ideas? I only post here as I did it through my chat within streamelements as opposed to directly on twitch so I’m not sure if this is a contributing factor?

If you timeout a mod, their mod status gets removed automatically by Twitch

so you need to mod them again, rather then unmoding

It wasn’t automatically removed which I think is why I’m unable to do anything but also means I can’t reinstate it as it still technically says he’s a mod in roles manager 😭 he was an editor too so I removed that which it allowed me to do and readded it but that did nothing 😩

I believe the mod status gets removed automatically by Twitch when you time a mod out.
It just takes a little bit of time for the badge to change sometimes.
If you are trying to use the Roles manager page from Twitch and its not working, then its not something we can help and more as an issue on Twitch

Steps:

1. Install the font on the streaming PC or choose a pre-installed windows font.
2. In the overlay widget settings, select Text Settings
3. Click on Enable Custom Font
4. Type the name of the font as it appears in the windows font directory (This is usually C:\Windows\Fonts)

Note: After installing fonts, the browser and OBS must be restarted for the font to appear.

Cant help you with 1, but I know its possible. something to do with variables, and for 2 I believe there is as well if you use streamelements overlay creator for making your alerts, you can create variations.

If your commands recently stopped working and you're using OBS.Live and a custom bot name do the following:

1. In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2. Click on Stream Settings > Custom bot name
3. In the Custom bot name field select Set custom bot name, not your already existing username (with capital letters). Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png).
4. Scroll a bit down and click on the purple Connect Custom Bot Account button
5. Log in as usual and Authorize the custom bot name
6. Back in the Activity feed, click on the Send Test Message button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

@solar thunder 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does not affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

1. widget is not added
2. item is not a "sound effect"

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs.

So far it's not been the sub alerts there's been no resopnse to by the bot though, the follows/hosts/donos just end up not* being caught by the bot. Streamer had them set up the way she did because chat provided much better feedback for her to pick those up

Overlays needed a refresh sometimes but on her activity feed, all events showed up normally

Our activity feed is not sending in activities again. Hope you guys can reconnect the sockets again. I checked the activities on twitch and streamlabs. Those two seem to work. You had to reconnect us 3 times before. Maybe we should investigate this together. The problem seems to be there each week.

Hi everyone I wonder if anyone could give me a little advise I'm using OBS live with Streamelements and I am trying to go live for the first time (or testing at the moment). I keep getting insane packet loses up to 60% I'm not sure what else to try I've reduced my output resolution to 720 and still get the same packet loss. Would my internet speed be the issue? I and a 20Mbps dowloand and 10 Mbps upload fiber

@rotund mauve Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline

Note: If you see X channel has hosted you with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs.

@thin dome If you changed your name on Twitch, please follow these steps:

1. Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again by connecting with Twitch.
2. On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select Join under bot settings. If it says Part select that and then select Join to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
3. Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).
