There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Hi ive used streamelements for a decent time but recently have run into a problem. I will be on the homepage of streamelements and ill login. After i have done this i click on "my dashboard". It goes off the page for a sec but after a few seconds of loading it just takes me back to the homepage. This happens every time. Ive reset my computer, ive reloaded more times then i can count, logged in and logged out lots of times. Plz help idk what to do it wont let me in

Okay lets do this: load up the page while logged in. Press F12 and switch to the console tab. Try to go to your dashboard and look for chunks of red text that appear when you do that and screenshot it.

Hi ...I cant seem to get Stream Elements leaderboard working. Allows mofying under ocnfigure but the save button does not work no matter what i do. I am afraid to uninstall and reinstall and have my viewer's not get credits for their subs priior to reinstall....would this fix the issue or make it worse?

Please understand that every setup will be very different.
Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary.
You can run the OBS auto-configuration tool. To use the auto-config, click on the Tools menu in OBS, select Auto-Configuration Wizard, and then just follow the on-screen directions.
You can use this tool to get baseline settings for your hardware and adjust as necessary from there.
Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having afterwards, but not a list of settings.

1.) In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2.) Click on Stream Settings -> Custom bot name
3.) In the "Custom bot name" field select "Set custom bot name", not your already existing username (with capital letters)
Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png)
4.) Scroll a bit down and click on the purple "CONNECT CUSTOM BOT ACCOUNT" button
5.) Log in as usual and "Authorize" the custom bot name
6.) Back in the Activity feed, click on the "SEND TEST MESSAGE" button and check if your custom bot name starts working again

In the meantime you can set the title using the !settitle command in chat (if enabled in your bot command settings)

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security
WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

They are 2 different systems; Twitch is good (in my opinion) for things like the unlock emotes/edit emotes.
SE points are for like games and redemptions for like song requests or overlay alerts or used for raffles.

Depends on your stream really. In general I would say use both. They are completely different systems.
Like, for example if you want to have a giveaway; probably best to use SE points and raffle system

I just got back in. It took a few tries. both computers were logged out as was obslive. I kept trying and it finally logged me in. I had to restart the software a few times to get the Media Request in OBSLive to show, but it seems to be working now. Also, I am using Chrome.

Ok; ya. Chrome is best. It may have been a token thing. It requires a log-in from time to time to verify the Twitch connection.
But sometime it tries the old token and you'll stuck in no man's land and need to force the refresh.

- Click on your Channel Name at the top of the dashboard and select Settings
- Create a new invite at one of three access levels (Bot Supervisor, Editor, Full Control)

I don´t mean goals, I mean the subscribers counts in the last 30 days period (Last 30 days sub count).
The time period is Relative Timing (e.g you had 53 subscribers in the last 30 days)

- Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
- Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.
OBS.Live still has Custom Bot name working fine in it.

- Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
- Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.
OBS.Live still has Custom Bot name working fine in it.

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Hey guys Im working on getting some social media logos in my overlay, only issue im having is combining say, Twitter, IG, Youtube into one, and have them rotate between each one and come in and out in a horizontal way. @radiant pollen we have a system on stream in which you collect these points and can get merch for a certain amout of points. I mean, we could lower the chance instead. But we want people to be able to play around with their points more often with a bit higher chance. thats all

If a viewer tipped through PayPal but no information appears in your StreamElements account, this generally means PayPal has held the tip for verification. Until PayPal clears the tip and sends back a confirmation to your StreamElements account, no information will appear there and no alert will play, as that confirmation is the only way for us to be aware of a successful transaction. If you believe there may be an issue with the transaction, you'll need to contact PayPal support as StreamElements is only a passthrough service and never actually gets involved with the transaction or touches the money.

I know there's already !gamble - you could take that formatting and make some customizations to it. The bot commands in SE can be built to do some pretty nifty stuff after you get used to using variables and special character to define the logic the command triggers

1.) In OBS.Live, click on the hamburger menu (three stripes) at the top left of your activity feed
2.) Click on Stream Settings -> Custom bot name
3.) In the "Custom bot name" field select "Set custom bot name", not your already existing username (with capital letters)
Note: If you already connected an account that way, the third entry will show as the account name (see image https://i.imgur.com/sO7fWOX.png)
4.) Scroll a bit down and click on the purple "CONNECT CUSTOM BOT ACCOUNT" button
5.) Log in as usual and "Authorize" the custom bot name

Can anyone help wit the data for followers/subscribers? The season and totals show 0 for both followers and subs, which is incorrect. Even after refreshing and following the trouble shooting, still nothing is showing. This makes all widgets show 0 as well. And advice or help to fix this issue would be amazing, thank you in advance.

🔹 Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).
