@prisma relic sure. This is an example of a Regex that was working fine for weeks, and now has suddenly stopped working. I wouldn't be surprised for it to start working again randomly tomorrow, but it seems strange to not work 100% of the time. Eg. I have !sylvanas setup for the Twtich channel FanHOTS and the Regex is (?i)^!\s?s+.?y*.?[lv]+.?[lv]+.?a*.?n*.?a*.?s*.?(\s|$)+. Trying something simple like !sylv currently does not trigger.

• from the overlay editor -> session data on top right (monitor symbol) -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
• from the dashboard -> activity feed on the left -> widget data on the right -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
  Note: Goal widgets(progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs

@prisma relic no. 5 seconds. and this isn't the 1st instance a Regex has randomly and temporarily stopped working. Happened about 20 other times to other commands. Most of the time giving the Regex a "kick" fixes it, but atm that isn't working. ("Kick" = Edit Regex, Save, revert Edit, Save)

Ok. I just wanted to double check. Does parting the bot and rejoining have any result on getting it to work? (I sent in message to see if there have been any other reports with RegEx or any solutions)

It shouldn't require having to do either of those steps; so i'll see if they can take a look.

Yeah, the items on store can be redeemed, but there is an issue there too, I don't get alerts if the item in store is redeemed, another person redeemed one item and I didn't get an alert

My plan is to reset watchtime for every new month but it seems that i would have to delete the data individually. Is there a way for a faster Reset?

There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

so ive been talking with Stream Elements to get Custom Font working but it doesn't seem to detect my font that i made. I'm pretty much stumped on how to get this working. I dont want to upload my font to a website in order to get it working,

Please understand that every setup will be very different.

Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary.

You can run the OBS auto-configuration tool. To use the auto-config, click on the Tools menu in OBS, select Auto-Configuration Wizard, and then just follow the on-screen directions.
You can use this tool to get baseline settings for your hardware and adjust as necessary from there.

Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having afterwards, but not a list of settings.

Hi, new to StreamElements. I'm using Standard OBS, I've moved my overlays into StreamElements, but have found there are times when my scenes don't load all the overlay elements. It's not that there's a delay, I could switch to my in-game scene, and play for an hour and it won't have loaded all the elements unless I refresh the cache or try switching scenes again. Is there a setting I need to change, or am I better off just leaving my overlays in OBS?

I'm using Touch Portal to manage my scene switching, so having to move to studio mode and check the state of the scene before switching isn't really something I want to be doing. At the moment I'm thinking of just moving my overlays back to individual elements in the OBS scene so that it's consistently loading properly.

Hey guys, I just imported an alertbox from streamlabs to streamelements, however it dose not work with custom css clicked (i get black text no video) when i unclick custom ccs it kind of works but is all miss aliened and requires a lot of editing to look any thing close to correct, and still I can't seem to change the padding between sub and user message, it feels like the import prosses is missing part of the code required to make it work.

hi guys, yesterday I've got no raid and host notifications. I've configured a widget and with test data (simulate alerts) everything works. in my streamelements feed I have no filters set and followers and donation are working. What am I missing?

@forest dove Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

I'm trying to integrate streameelements into my stream, I connected my account and did an emote overlay, I then copied the widget URL and added it into OBS, but no matter what I try nothing shows up. • from the dashboard -> activity feed on the left -> widget data on the right -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
  Note: Goal widgets(progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs

To this day, I am unable to to display the correct number of subs (sub total). The number increases correctly, every time someone subs, but the number does not decrease when a sub falls off. This ONLY happens when I reset session data for totals

@strange fable no, you can use 1080p screen resolution to show your content (game/computer) as it's displayed on your monitor (1080p)... you don't necessarily need to use the 1080p video encoder in the live stream (OBS), you can live it in 720p, 900p, 1080p... if you want... so, for better image definition quality on your screen, use the overlay screen in the same size as your monitor.

4) Click on "StreamElements - Activity feed"
5) navigate to the Console tab
6) type in the console this: store.customBot.removeCustomBotIntegration() and hit enter
7) Try setting the custom bot name
8) remove the added addition of step 1```

We have been trying to use the Giveaway feature on Twitch and the past few days, it has not been working. Prior to that, it was flawless. The Giveaway is active and all the boxes we normally tick are ticked. In the chat, viewers are now not able to purchase "ticket" and the bot is not recognizing the "ticket" command at all. The Giveaway page is also not showing that anyone has entered. Any ideas? Tried signing in/out of SE, restarted bot, and retried/deleted the Giveaway numerous times.

Please understand that every setup will be very different.

Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary.

You can run the OBS auto-configuration tool. To use the auto-config, click on the Tools menu in OBS, select Auto-Configuration Wizard, and then just follow the on-screen directions.
You can use this tool to get baseline settings for your hardware and adjust as necessary from there.

Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having afterwards, but not a list of settings.

My follower goal is weird. Earlier it said I had 71/100 then 37/100 and it keeps changing. I have not had any followers this month so I have no idea why it's showing that I've gotten followers this month.

Can someone help me fix my Follower Goal

Are you emulating the follower alert?

If yes, then the goal widget can go funky a bit

• from the dashboard -> activity feed on the left -> widget data on the right -> goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal
  Note: Goal widgets(progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you loose followers/subs

KeiZar I just read the bit about using the +message. This is a cool feature that I had not noticed. Is 10 the limit of messages in one timer? or was that just an example in that link?

If you changed your name on Twitch please follow these steps:
🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Your laptop is not a 16:9 type. Meaning that stuff will be off screen and in your particular case your monitor resolution is not 1920x1080

meaning that everything will be off screen

you need to adjust the overlay to match your screen resolution

Hi, is there any way of SE outputting the entered arguments for a command if 1 OR 2 arguments are provided? Using ${1:2} or ${1} ${2} both result in no response if a 2nd argument isn't provided. Thanks.

To be clear i don't want to allow more than 2 arguments, where i know i could just use ${1:}

So the ${1} or ${2} is argument placement.
To explain lets take this:
!test this is a test text
If the !test command has ${1} in it, it will only return this.
If it has ${1:} it will return everything from this until the end.
If it has ${1:2} it will return only the first 2 words, in this case this is
If it has ${3:} it will return everything from a until the end meaning a test text
So on and so on.

I'm not sure IF ${1 | ${2}} will work though
