Steps:

4. Type the name of the font as it appears in the windows font directory (This is usually C:\Windows\Fonts)

Note: After installing fonts, the browser and OBS must be restarted for the font to appear.

Heya, I thought I'd ask if anyone knows anything about the Twitch Activity feed box on the OBSlive program.

I used to use the Twitch Activity dock instead of the "activity feed" dock because it included the rewards people claimed with chat points.

However loading up the program just now, it's not showing that box anymore and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Was this removed? Or am I being blind 😂

10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Hey! Havin a problem with my alert widget for tips where "Brian" does the TTS but then it switches it "Julie". TTS setting states "Brian" is the saved and selected voice. I tried "reloading overlays" and it works for one alert, then all alerts after switch back to Julie haha. Anyone else experience this?

Hey all, new to streamelements. I am loading up Glitch 2 on to streamelements. I deleted the alerts and when I have put it back it will not load with the correct sounds. I am using the link that nerd or die give you with the download. Not sure why its decided not to use the sounds. Any advise?

When I added it the first time it used all the sounds from Glitch2 as default, but will have a look at the variations, I think I spotted them

They all have default.ogg apart from tip that has no sounds. I know the first time I loaded it up all the options used the glitch2 sounds... Very odd

Trying to get the chat alert module working on Twitch, chat alerts is enabled and so are the activities but the bot isn't sending messages in chat, I read something about it needs the activity feed loaded. Does that have to be the channel owners activity feed tabbed?

Please understand that every setup will be very different.

Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary.

You can run the OBS auto-configuration tool. To use the auto-config, click on the Tools menu in OBS, select Auto-Configuration Wizard, and then just follow the on-screen directions.
You can use this tool to get baseline settings for your hardware and adjust as necessary from there.

Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having afterwards, but not a list of settings.

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

@lament blade 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Hey, I recently started streaming Escape From Tarkov, and like Apex Legends, this game uses a ton of resources. Having FPS dropping on stream, I was told to run OBS in admin mode instead to avoid this issue. And effectively, no more fps drop, but now my stream is pixellating as hell. I use the nvenc x264 new, max quality preset, high priority and 6000 kbps. Any fix?

Hi there, I'm a moderator for a twitch streamer, and I have full editor perms on his account. For the last few days, me and some other mods for him have noticed that !subcount !title and a few other common commands we use dont work. The !subcount command just comes back with saying there are currently 0 subs which we known is wrong, and when we go to change the title with a command nothing happens at all. The only way we can currently change the title is I have to go into his stream through the stream-manager tab and edit the stream information from there. Lastly, whenever I try to log into stream elements on their website, I log in, click "dashboard" and instead of sending me to the dashboard, the screen refreshes and returns me to the exact same page I was just on. This has been happening for almost a week now. Stream elements is completely broken for us. If anoyone could be so kind as to assist me that'd be awesome. Thanks!

Heyo, first time setting up using stream elements, and I like it so far. One bit of a snag with the !songrequest feature though I was hoping there was someone that could give me some assistance.

What I would like to happen is for my viewers to be able to donate / spend channel points (that part I got figured out) for !songrequest features. The snag is this; I would like for them to be able to put in any size video and be able to determine on my end how long that video plays for.

For example, I would like someone to be able to attach a 4 minute video and it only plays 30 seconds and shuts off. I can't seem to find a way to accomplish this task, is it something I missed?

Hello there. I'm from Brazil and I'm trying to donate to another Brazilian streamer, however I can only do so in Brazilian Reais, and not US Dollars.

In the previous donation interface I was able to just change my currency and process it normally, however in the new donation interface, even if I select my currency as BRL, the paypal service only recognizes the value in dollars, which prevents me from completing my transaction.

Hi, Just reporting an issue I have noticed with Regex triggers for commands where this happens: Regex trigger does not work on a command in Twitch chat, I go to the dashboard (confirming what was typed in chat should have triggered it), add a random letter to the Regex, Save, delete that letter and Save. This then gives the Regex a "kick" or something and when I retype the same text in Twitch chat, the command triggers properly. I have noticed this on about 10 different occasions over the past month. Thanks.

OK. So while the above statement is true, I now have an example of a Regex that was working fine yesterday, but is now not working today in chat, regardless of if I do the trick stated above. Multiple attempts at both "kicking" and typing in chat has failed to trigger the Regex.

@scenic quartz depends on what you are streaming from. If you are streaming from a console, those do not have a built in way to add a browser source, so yes. You would need a capture card. If you are streaming from a laptop/computer, then all you need is a broadcasting software (like OBS), and you add the browser as a source to that software

All-time leaderboard is basically tracking people in general who gain points

in way you can think of it, who has watched you the most

There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.

Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.
